Shubhodaya should be placed right below the planting material which can be seed/tuber/set in case of direct planted crops. Soil application of Shubhodaya can be done to grown up plants by making a ring deep enough for Shubhodaya to come in contact with plant roots and cover it by soil after application. In case of Sugarcane, Shubhodaya should be applied at the time planting in the furrows and then covered with soil. Second application should be done after 40 days of planting during earthing up operation in furrows and cover with soil.
Shubhodaya is useful for all crops. In case of short duration crops (less than 6 months), Shubhodaya to be applied at the time of planting/seed coating/root dipping Shubhodaya is useful for all crops. In case of long duration crops (more than 6 months), Shubhodaya to be applied once in 6 months
